K 3500 Truck 4WD V8-6.6L DSL Turbo VIN 1 (2001)
Tighten the retaining bolts (4) to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Install the fuel bundle bracket.
Tighten
Tighten the bundle bracket retaining nut to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).
8. Connect the chassis fuel pipes to the engine fuel pipes.
9. Purge air from the fuel system. Refer to Fuel Feed and Fuel Return Pipe Purge Procedure.
Fuel Hose/Pipes Replacement - (Cab/Chassis)
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the chassis fuel pipes from the engine fuel pipes.
2. Remove the retaining nut from the fuel bundle bracket.
