Turbocharger Oil Supply Hose Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the turbocharger.
2. Remove the turbocharger oil supply hose eye bolt.
3. Remove the oil supply hose with the two sealing washers.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the oil supply hose and NEW sealing washers.

Each end of the oil supply hose has different bend angles.
^
Ensure the 90 degree bend is towards the turbocharger.
^
Align the hose as shown to clear the turbocharger lower heat shield.
2. Install the oil supply hose eye bolt.

Tighten the oil supply hose bolt to 42 Nm (31 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the turbocharger.
