K 3500 Truck 4WD V8-6.6L DSL Turbo VIN 1 (2001)
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
8. Install the engine flywheel housing bolts (denoted by a black circle).

Tighten the flywheel housing bolts to 97 Nm (72 ft. lbs.).
9. Install the coolant duct to oil filter adapter assembly bolts.
9.1.
Tighten the coolant duct to oil filter adapter bolts to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
9.2.
Tighten the coolant duct to engine flywheel housing nuts to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
10. Install a new gasket to the turbocharger oil return pipe.
11. Install the turbocharger oil return pipe to engine flywheel housing nuts.

Tighten the turbocharger oil return pipe nuts to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
12. Install the upper oil pan.
13. Install the crankshaft rear oil seal.
14. Install the flywheel.
