21. For the 7.4L, install the oil cooler lines to the oil cooler fittings.

Tighten the oil cooler fittings to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
22. Install the oil cooler lines to the clip.
23. Install the bolt to the clip.

Tighten the bolt to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
24. For diesel engines, install the oil cooler lines to the oil cooler fittings.

Tighten the oil cooler fittings to 24 Nm (118 ft. lbs.).
25. Install the oil cooler lines to the clip.
26. Install the bolt to the clip.
^
Tighten the bolt to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
27. Tighten the bolt and the clamp to the bracket.

Tighten the bolt to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.).
28. Run the engine. Inspect the cooling system for leaks.
