Customer claims for reimbursement on previously paid repairs to correct paint topcoat delamination (peeling) on vehicles covered by this bulletin are to
be submitted to an authorized GMC Truck dealer.
When a customer requests reimbursement, the following must accompany the request and be
attached to the repair order file copy in the dealership:

Proof of ownership, and

Original documentation that confirms amount of unreimbursed repair expense, a description of the repair, the date of repair, and the person or
entity performing the repair.
Claims for customer reimbursement on previously paid repairs are to be submitted on a warranty claim.
