1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Remove accessory drive belts.
3.
Remove upper fan shroud, then drain cooling system.
4.
Remove radiator and heater hoses.
5.
Remove water pump attaching bolts, then the water pump, Fig. 12.
6.
Reverse procedure to install. Apply a narrow bead of sealant 10523357, or equivalent to sealing surfaces. Torque attaching bolts to 15-22 ft. lbs.
