4. TCC solenoid (66 in Fig. 6) and bolts (68 in Fig. 1).
Tighten

Bolt (68) to 11 N.m (8 ft. lbs.)
Install or Connect
5. Wiring harness connections to electrical components.

To correctly hook up the wires, see "Wiring Diagram".

The pressure control solenoid (377 in Fig. 4) has two different colored connectors. The black connector should be installed on the tab
farthest from the valve body.
6. New filter with seal. Pan gasket, pan bolts and new fluid.

Refer to "Changing Fluid and Filter."
7. Lower vehicle.
8. Negative (-) battery cable.

Fluid level, Refer to "Transmission Fluid Checking Procedure".

DEXRON® IIE Automatic Transmission Fluid. Inspect for leaks.
