1.
Remove rocker arm cover, then the timing chain and camshaft sprocket as previously described.
2.
Drain cooling system, then remove radiator.
3.
Mark position of rotor to distributor body for assembly reference.
4.
Raise and support vehicle.
5.
Remove fuel pump, then the distributor hold down nut and clamp.
6.
Lower vehicle, then remove distributor.
7.
Remove rocker arm studs and pushrod guides.
8.
Remove valve lifter, then the camshaft.
9.
Reverse procedure to install. Align timing marks on crankshaft and camshaft sprockets, Fig. 5.
