Compressor Clutch Coil: Service and Repair

J 8433 Compressor Pulley Puller

J 8433-3 Forcing Screw

J 33023-A Puller Pilot

J 33025 Clutch Coil Puller Legs

J 41790 Compressor Holding Fixture

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the compressor from the vehicle.

2. Clamp the compressor holding fixture J 41790 in a vise and attach the compressor to the J 41790.

3. Remove the compressor clutch plate and hub assembly. 
4. Install the J 33023-A onto the front head of the compressor.
5. Remove the compressor rotor and bearing assembly.
