Tighten

Oil pan bolts and studs to 25 N.m (18 lb. ft.).

-

Install rubber bellhousing plugs as installing the oil pan.

5. Starter motor.

Align the differential into position.

Align the engine into position.

6. Front propeller shaft.
7. Front differential through bolts.
8. Idler arm.
9. Idler arm bolts.

10. Pitman arm.
11. Pitman arm bolt.
12. Oil cooler lines.
13. Oil cooler filter adapter.
14. Left engine mount through bolts.
15. Right engine mount through bolts.
16. Wiring harness bracket at right side of oil pan.
17. Front skid plate.
18. Front axle shield.
19. Drive belt splash shield.

Lower the vehicle.

20. Oil level indicator tube.
21. Proper quantity and grade of crankcase oil.
22. Negative battery cable.
