Oil Line: Service and Repair
ENGINE OIL COOLER LINE REPLACEMENT (2WD)
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Oil cooler lines from radiator.
2. Oil cooler lines from oil filter adapter.
3. Clamp and bolt.
4. Oil cooler lines from vehicle.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Oil cooler lines to vehicle.
2. Oil cooler lines to oil filter adapter.
TIGHTEN
-
Nuts to 24 Nm (18 lbs. ft.).
3. Oil cooler lines to radiator oil cooler.
TIGHTEN
-
Nuts to 24 Nm (18 lbs. ft.).
4. Clamp and bolt.
TIGHTEN
-
Bolt to 8 Nm (71 lbs. in.).
