8. Remove the wheel house panel from the fender.
9. Remove the splash shield from the wheel house panel.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the splash shield to the wheel house panel.
2. Install the wheel house panel to the fender.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the wheel house panel to the cowl.
Tighten the bolts that retain the wheel house panel to the frame to 29 N.m (21 lb ft).
