Radiator Drain Plug: Service and Repair
Drain Cock Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Drain the cooling system.
3. Turn the e drain cock counterclockwise until the metal pin on the drain cock is aligned with the opening slot.
4. Pull the drain cock straight out of the radiator.
Installation Procedure
1. Align the metal pin on the drain cock with the opening slot on the radiator.
