Coat O-ring seal with 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
4. Evaporator tube to evaporator.

Tighten evaporator tube to 24 Nm (18 lbs. ft.).
5. Evaporator tube clip to accumulator.
6. Evaporator tube clip screw.

Tighten screw to 1.9 Nm (17 lbs. in.).
7. Negative battery cable.
8. Refrigerant to the system.

Check the system for leaks.
