Removal Procedure
1. Remove the left cowl side trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Cowl Side (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and
Repair/Trim Panel Replacement - Cowl Side) in Interior Trim.
2.
Remove the screws that retain the hood release lever to the cowl side trim panel.
3. Remove the hood release cable from the hood latch. Refer to Hood Latch Release Cable Replacement (See: Hood Latch Release Cable/Service
and Repair) .
Installation Procedure
1. Install the hood release cable to the hood latch. Refer to Hood Latch Release Cable Replacement (See: Hood Latch Release Cable/Service and
Repair) .
