Lock Actuator

Removal Procedure

1.Remove the trim panel.
2. Use sharp bladed tool in order to separate the water deflector at the perforations.

3. Remove power lock actuator in order to remove the remote lever rod.
4. Disconnect power door lock actuator wiring harness.
5. Use a 6 mm 1/4 in) drill bit in order to remove the actuator to door rivets.
6. Remove the actuator from door.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the actuator to the door.

Important:  Install new plastic retainer clips whenever the lock rods are removed.

2. Install the actuator to door rivets.
3. Connect the power door lock actuator wiring harness.
4. Install the power coor lock actuator to the remote lever lock
5. Install the water deflector.
6. Install the trim panel.
