REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Evaporator core.
2. Gently remove the sealer packed around the Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV).
3. Clip retaining the capillary tube to the evaporator core.

Note the mounting location and orientation of the tube on the core.
4. Two nuts retaining the TXV to the evaporator core.
5. TXV from the core.
