1.
Disconnect negative ground cable from battery.
2.
Disconnect fuel return pipe assembly [1] at fuel sender unit. This will require reaching between the frame and the floor with two open end
wrenches.
3.
Remove the three retaining clamps [5] holding the fuel return line to the frame.
4.
Disconnect return fuel line [1] at rear of engine.
5.
Remove fuel return line [1] and discard.
6.
Install new fuel return line [1] and connect at rear of engine. Torque fitting to 20-34 N-m (15-25 lb.ft).
