Rear Door Hinge: Service and Repair
Intermediate Side Door Hinge Replacement - Body Side

Removal Procedure
1. Paint the service hinges body color.
2. For forward most intermediate door (60 door) hinge replacement move the front seat forward, clear of B-pillar.
3. Remove the door that requires hinge replacement. Refer to Rear Side Door Replacement (See: Service and Repair/Door Replacement - Rear Side)
.
4. Remove interior trim at pillar. Refer to Upper Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and
Repair/Upper Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement) , Lower Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim
Panel/Service and Repair/Lower Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement) , or Center Pillar Upper Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side (See:
Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Center Pillar Upper Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side) .
5. Cut the production body side door hinge. Use a reciprocating saw to gain access for drilling.
