Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement (Luxury Y91)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury)  (See: Service and Repair/Bucket Seat

Replacement (All Except Luxury))Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91)  (See: Service and Repair/Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .

2. Remove the J-hooks that retain the seat cushion cover and pad to the seat cushion frame.
3. Remove the power seat switch from the seat. Refer to Power Seat Switch Replacement  (See: Power Seat Switch/Service and Repair) .
4. Remove the lumbar support knob from the seat. Refer to Lumbar Support Knob Replacement (Luxury (Y91))  (See: Service and Repair/Lumbar

Support Knob Replacement (Luxury (Y91))) .

5. Remove the seat back recliner handle. Refer to Driver Seat Recliner Handle and Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement (All Except Luxury)

6. Remove the seat cushion cover and pad from the seat cushion frame.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the seat cushion cover and pad to the seat cushion frame.
2. Install the seat back recliner handle. Refer to Driver Seat Recliner Handle and Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement (All Except Luxury)

3. Install the lumbar support knob to the seat. Refer to Lumbar Support Knob Replacement (Luxury (Y91))  (See: Service and Repair/Lumbar

4. Install the power seat switch to the seat. Refer to Power Seat Switch Replacement  (See: Power Seat Switch/Service and Repair) .
5. Install the J-hooks that retain the seat cushion cover and pad to the seat cushion frame.
6. Install the bucket seat to the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury)  (See: Service and Repair/Bucket Seat Replacement
