10. Remove the actuator lever and the lever pivot.
11. Remove the lever return spring.
12. Inspect all remaining parts for discoloration due to heat or stress. Replace parts as needed.
Installation Procedure
1. Lubricate the brake shoe backing plate, the adjusting screw threads, socket and socket face with a thin coat of high temperature silicone brake
lubricant.
2. Install the actuator lever and the lever pivot.
3. Install the actuator lever return spring.
4. Install the hold down pins.
5. Install the hold down springs.
6. Install the brake shoe guide.
