10. Install the hood latch bracket.
11. Install the radiator grille.
12. Install the engine cooling fan and the upper fan shroud.
13. Install the valve lifters.
14. Install the lower intake manifold.
15. Install the valve rocker arms and push valve rods.
16. Connect the battery negative cable.
17. Replace the engine oil filter.
