Camshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair
CAMSHAFT POSITION (CMP) SENSOR REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Turn OFF the ignition.
2. Remove the engine cover.
3. Disconnect the spark plug wires and ignition coil wire from the distributor.
4. Disconnect the Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor electrical connector from the distributor.
