Door Striker Replacement (Front Door)

DOOR STRIKER REPLACEMENT (FRONT DOOR)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the bolts (5) that retain the door lock striker (4) to the door opening.
2. Remove the door lock striker (4) from the door opening.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the door lock striker (4) to the door opening.

2. NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice.

Install the bolts (5) in order to retain the door lock striker (4) to the door opening.

Tighten the retaining bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
