Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice.

6. Install the distributor mounting clamp bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

7. Install the distributor cap.
8. Install the new distributor cap screws.

Tighten the screws to 2.4 N.m (21 lb in).

9. Install the electrical connector to the distributor.

10. Install the spark plug wires to the distributor cap.

11. Install the ignition coil wire. Note the correct orientation of the wire boot.

Important:  If the malfunction indicator lamp illuminates after installing the distributor and DTC P1345 is set, the distributor has been
installed incorrectly.

12. Repeat Installation Procedure 2 if the malfunction indicator lamp illuminates after installing the distributor.
13. Install the engine cover.
