Roller Bracket Replacement - Upper

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Roller Bracket Cover Replace - Sliding Door Upper (See: ).
2. Remove the sliding side door upper track garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding - Rear Side Door Upper Track (See: Interior Moulding /

Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement).

3. Remove the sliding side door upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Sliding Door (See: Sliding Door Interior Trim Panel/Service

and Repair). 

4. Remove the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side Front (See: Interior Moulding /

Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement) in Interior Trim.

5. Remove the bolts that retain the upper roller bracket to the door.
6. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket from the rear of the upper track.
7. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the vehicle.
2. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the rear of the upper track.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the bolts that retain the upper roller bracket to the door.

Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

4. Install the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side Front (See: Interior Moulding /

Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement) in Interior Trim.

5. Install the sliding side door upper track garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding - Rear Side Door Upper Track (See: Interior Moulding /

Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement).

6. Install the sliding side door upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Sliding Door (See: Sliding Door Interior Trim Panel/Service and

Repair). 

7. Install the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Roller Bracket Cover Replace - Sliding Door Upper (See: ).
