Savana 2500 V8-6.0L VIN U (2006)
1. Install the power steering cooler to the vehicle.
2. Notice:
Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the power steering cooler mounting bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.).
3. Connect the power steering cooler hose to the power steering gear.
Tighten the hose fitting to 33 Nm (24 inch lbs.).
4. Connect the power steering cooler hose to the power steering pump.
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Bleeding the Power Steering System.
7. Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
