Parts required to complete this campaign are to be obtained from General Motors Service Parts Operations (GMSPO). Please refer to your "involved
vehicles listing" prior to ordering requirements. Normal orders should be placed on a DRO = Daily Replenishment Order. An emergency requirement
should be ordered on a CSO = Customer Special Order.
* Less than 1% of population will require the WSW transmission assembly. Do not order a WSW transmission assembly unless it is determined that one
is required. Do not order one for stock shelf.

Pivot Housing Screw Replacement
Remove the driver and passenger side wiper arms. Refer to the Wiper Arm Replacement procedure in SI.
Remove the air inlet grille panel.
Open the hood.
Remove the screws (1-7) retaining the air inlet grille panels to the cowl vent.
Disconnect the washer hoses from the air inlet grille panel.
