Roller Bracket Replacement - Lower

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the side door stepwell mat. Refer to Mat Replacement - Stepwell  (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Carpet/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Mat Replacement - Stepwell) in Interior Trim.

2. Remove the sliding side door check assembly. Refer to Sliding Door Check Replacement  (See: Service and Repair/Sliding Door Check

Replacement) .

3. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Roller Bracket Cover Replace - Sliding Door Upper  

4. Remove the bolts that retain the sliding side door lower roller bracket to the door.
5. Remove the sliding side door lower roller bracket from the track.
6. Remove the sliding side door lower roller bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the sliding door lower roller bracket to the vehicle.
2. Install the sliding door lower roller bracket to the track.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the bolts that retain the sliding side door lower roller bracket to the door.

Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

4. Install the sliding side door check assembly. Refer to Sliding Door Check Replacement  (See: Service and Repair/Sliding Door Check

Replacement) .

5. Install the side door stepwell mat. Refer to Mat Replacement - Stepwell  (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Carpet/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Mat Replacement - Stepwell) in Interior Trim.
