4. Connect the brake pipe to the rear brake cylinder. Refer to Pipe Replacement (Rear Brake Front Pipe) or Pipe Replacement (Rear Brake Rear
Pipe) in Hydraulic Brakes.
5. Install the rear brake shoes. Refer to Brake Shoe Replacement in Drum Brakes.
6. Install the rear brake drums. Refer to Brake Drum Replacement in Drum Brakes.
7. Remove the pin to the park brake lever. Refer to Enabling the Park Brake Automatic Adjuster in Park Brake.
8. Install the tire and the wheel on the vehicle. Refer to Wheel Installation or Tire Repair in Tires and Wheels.
9. Bleed the brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual Bleeding) or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure Bleeding.
10. Adjust the rear brakes. Refer to Drum Brake Adjustment in Drum Brakes.
11. Adjust the parking brake if necessary. Refer to Park Brake Cable Service/Adjustment in Park Brake.
