Savana 3/4 Ton Van V8-6.5L DSL Turbo VIN F (2001)
Tighten the retaining bolt of the front brake hose to the front brake caliper to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the front brake hose bracket and retaining bolt to the upper control arm.
Tighten the retaining bolt of the front brake hose bracket to the upper control arm to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
4. Remove the rubber cap or plug from the exposed brake pipe fitting end.
Important: The hose must not be twisted. Make sure the hose is not in contact with any suspension component.
5. With the weight of the vehicle on the suspension, install the brake hose into the bracket.
6. Install the retaining nut and retaining clip to the front brake hose.
7. Connect the brake pipe fitting nut to the brake hose:

Use a backup wrench on the hose fitting.

Do not bend the bracket or the pipe.
Tighten
Tighten the front brake pipe to the front brake hose to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
