Removal Procedure
1. Remove the front door trim panel from the door. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and
Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Front Door Panel/Service and Repair) .
2. Lower the window all the way down.
3. Remove the sealing strip from the pinch-weld flange by gently pulling up on the sealing strip.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the sealing strip to the pinch-weld flange.
2. Raise the window.
3. Install the front door trim panel to the door. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front
Door/Front Door Panel/Service and Repair) .
Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement
Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Lower the window.
2. Tilt the top of the sealing strip away from the vehicle in an outboard direction.
3. Gently pull the sealing strip away from the pinch weld flange.
