Rear Side Door Upper Roller Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Rear Side Door Upper Roller Bracket Garnish Molding Replacement   (See: ).
2. Remove the sliding side door upper track garnish molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Upper Track Garnish Molding Replacement   (See: Rear

Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair).

3. Remove the sliding door garnish molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Garnish Molding Replacement   (See: Rear Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and

Repair).

4. Remove the bolts that retain the upper roller bracket to the door.
5. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket from the rear of the upper track.
6. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the vehicle.
2. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the rear of the upper track.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

3. Install the bolts that retain the upper roller bracket to the door and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
4. Install the sliding side door upper track garnish molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Upper Track Garnish Molding Replacement   (See: Rear

Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair).

5. Install the sliding door garnish molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Garnish Molding Replacement   (See: Rear Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and

Repair). 

6. Install the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Rear Side Door Upper Roller Bracket Garnish Molding Replacement   (See: ).
