Removal Procedure

1. Recover the refrigerant from the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging   (See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and

Repair/Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging).

2. Remove the coolant recover reservoir. Refer to Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement   (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling

System/Coolant Reservoir/Service and Repair).

3. Remove the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement (Base)   (See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair)Grille Replacement (Uplevel)   (See:

Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair).

4. Remove the front evaporator hose nut  (1) from the condenser.
