Sliding Door Inside Handle Replacement

SLIDING DOOR INSIDE HANDLE REPLACEMENT

TOOLS REQUIRED

J 988601 Door Handle Clip Remover

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Using the J 988601, release the retaining clip on the sliding side door inside handle.
2. Remove the sliding side door inside handle from the sliding side door control assembly.
3. Remove the sliding side door inside handle from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the sliding side door inside handle to the vehicle.
2. Install the sliding side door inside handle to the control assembly.
3. Press on the sliding side door inside handle in order to engage the retaining clip.
