PCV Valve Hose: Service and Repair
Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Access Cover/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Air Cleaner
Housing/Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose/Service and Repair/Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement).
3. Remove the charged air cooler inlet pipe from the turbocharger. Refer to Charged Air Cooler Hoses/Pipes Replacement (Inlet) (See: Fuel
Delivery and Air Induction/Turbocharger/Intercooler/Intercooler Duct/Service and Repair/Charged Air Cooler Hoses/Pipes Replacement (Inlet)

4. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the glow plug module.
5. Remove the glow plug wiring harness bracket bolts (1) and position the wiring harness and bracket aside.
