Sliding Door Interior Trim Panel: Service and Repair
Trim Panel Replacement - Sliding Door
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the sliding side door inside door handle bezel. Refer to Handle Bezel Replacement - Inside - Rear (See: Rear Door/Rear Door
Handle/Rear Door Interior Handle/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the sliding door garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Sliding Door (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim
Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement).
3. Pull out on the sliding side door trim panel in order to disengage the retainers.
4. Remove the sliding side door lower trim panel from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the sliding side door trim panel by aligning the retainers on the panel to the slots in the door.
Push the door panel towards the door to engage the retainers.
2. Install the sliding door garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Sliding Door (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service
and Repair/Removal and Replacement).
3. Install the sliding side door inside door handle bezel. Refer to Handle Bezel Replacement - Inside - Rear (See: Rear Door/Rear Door Handle/Rear
Door Interior Handle/Service and Repair).
