1. Remove the front seat belt from the front seat belt height adjuster.

2. Grasp and gently pull the garnish molding in order to release the retaining clips.
3. Remove the front door upper pillar garnish molding from the vehicle.
4. Inspect the front door upper pillar garnish molding for broken or missing retaining clips.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the front door upper pillar garnish molding to the vehicle.
2. Align the retainers to the body and press the garnish molding in order to engage the retaining.
3. Install the front seat belt to the front seat belt height adjuster.

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear passenger seats as needed. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (See: Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Seat Replacement - Rear Bench) in Seats.

2. Remove the front door lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Lower Pillar (See: ).
3. Grasp and gently pull the body side front lower trim panel (1) in order to disengage the clips.
4. Remove the body side trim panel (1) from the vehicle.
5. Inspect the body side front lower trim panel (1) for broken or missing retaining clips. Replace the retaining clips as needed.
