Savana 3500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo VIN 2 (2006)
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the front seat from the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement (See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Seat Replacement).
2. Remove the seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement - Front (See: Seat Cushion Cover and Pad
Replacement - Front).
3. Remove the bolts (7) retaining the seat back hinge/recliner mechanisms (6) to the seat cushion frame. Refer to Seat Back Hinge/Recliner

).
4. Remove the bolts (4) retaining the seat cushion frame to the adjuster.
5. Remove the power seat switch bracket (2), if equipped.
Caution: Replace the passenger presence system as a complete assembly to prevent possible injury to the occupant. All the components in the
service kit are assembled and calibrated as a unit. Using only some of the components in the service kit will cause the passenger presence system
to operate improperly.
