Savana 3500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo VIN 2 (2006)
Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the heater core access door.
4. Install the heater core access door retaining screws.
Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).
5. Install the inlet and outlet heater hoses to the heater core.
6. Install the heater hose clamps using the J 38185.
7. Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac N Fill) in Cooling
System.
