3. Connect the ECM electrical connectors.
4. Install the washer solvent container.
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
6. If a NEW ECM was installed, program the ECM. Refer to Control Module References. See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning
7. Perform the turbocharger learn procedure. Refer to Turbocharger Learn. See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Turbocharger/Service and
