Fuel Filler Hose: Service and Repair
Fuel Tank Filler Hose Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Relieve the fuel system pressure.
2. Disconnect the fuel feed and pressure balance rear lines.
3. Loosen the fuel fill hose clamp (1) at the tank.
4. Disconnect the fuel fill vent hose (2) from the fuel tank.
5. Remove the fuel fill hose from the tank.
6. Cap the fuel and vent holes in the fuel tank in order to prevent possible fuel system contamination.
Installation Procedure
1. Remove the caps from the fuel and vent holes in the fuel tank.
