Turbocharger Coolant Hoses/Pipes Replacement (Inlet - LLY, LBZ)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. 
2. Remove the engine cover. 
3. Drain the cooling system. 

4. Compress the clamp (1) and disconnect the turbocharger inlet cooling hose/pipe (2) from the thermostat housing.

5. Remove the 3 bolts and the turbocharger heat shield.
