2. Connect the drive link onto the wiper motor crank arm using the J 39529.
3. Position the wiper transmission into the plenum.
4. IMPORTANT: If the 5 N.m (44 lb in) minimum torque is not achieved or the plastic pivot housing is damaged or cracked, then the wiper
transmission must be replaced at this time.
Apply LOCTITE(R) Blue, GM P/N 12345382 (Canadian P/N 10953489) or equivalent to the pivot housing bolts. Install the 4 bolts.
5 N.m (44 lb in).
5. Connect the electrical connector to the wiper motor.
6. Install the air inlet grille panel.
7. Install the wiper arms.
