Savana 4500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2009)
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
4. Tighten the lower valve rocker arm cover bolts in the sequence shown to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
5. Install the fuel injectors return hose clamp at the left rear of engine (1).
6. Install the fuel feed and return line clamp bolt and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
7. Install the fuel injectors. Refer to Fuel Injector Replacement (Left) (See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel
Injector/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Fuel Injector Replacement (Left))Fuel Injector Replacement (Right) (See: Powertrain
Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Injector/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Fuel Injector Replacement (Right)).
8. Install the engine wire harness to glow plugs.
9. Install wires and nuts to glow plugs and tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb in).
10. Install the upper left valve rocker arm cover. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement - Upper Left Side (See: Valve Rocker Arm Cover
Replacement - Upper Left Side).
11. Install the A/C compressor and power steering pump bracket. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (See: Heating and Air
Conditioning/Compressor HVAC/Service and Repair).
