Savana 4500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2009)
Note: The upper oil pan must be removed before removing the flywheel housing.
9. Remove the flywheel housing bolts.
10. Separate the flywheel housing from the cylinder block using the J 37228 .
11. Remove the flywheel housing.
12. Remove and discard the turbocharger oil return pipe and oil cooler adapter gaskets.
13. Remove the oil cooler adapter bolts.
14. Remove the oil cooler adapter and gaskets.
15. Remove the rear main seal. Refer to Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Removal (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Overhaul).
16. Clean and inspect the engine flywheel housing. Refer to Engine Flywheel Cleaning and Inspection (See: Engine, Cooling and
Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Overhaul).
