Sierra 1500 2WD V6-4.3L VIN X (2004)
19. Install the battery cable bracket bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).
20. Install the crossmember and bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.).
21. If equipped, install the oil pan skid plate and bolts.
^
Tighten the bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
22. Lubricate the oil filter gasket with clean engine oil.
23. Install the oil filter.
^
Tighten the filter to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).
23. Lower the vehicle.
