Sierra 1500 2WD V8-5.3L VIN Z Flex Fuel (2006)
3. Install the coolant air bleed pipe (2) and gaskets (3) onto the cylinder heads.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
4. Install the coolant air bleed pipe bolts/studs (1).

Tighten the bolts/studs to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).
5. Install the coolant air bleed pipe covers (2) and bolts (1).

Tighten the bolts to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).
6. Fill the cooling system.
