Sierra 1500 4WD V8-6.0L (2007)
7. Install the boot (3) and 2 new clamps (2) onto the front propeller shaft stub shaft (4), if applicable.
8. Install the rear propeller shaft slip yoke onto the front propeller shaft stub shaft.
Mate the missing tooth in the yoke with the bridged tooth on the splined shaft.
9. Install the rear propeller shaft onto the rear axle pinion yoke.
Align the reference marks made during removal.
10. Install the yoke retainers (2) and the bolts (1).
Tighten the yoke retainer bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
11. Using the J 43218, crimp the boot clamps until the dimensions shown are obtained.
12. Lower the vehicle.
