2. Remove the front brake caliper bracket (1) from the caliper.
Note: The upper brake caliper guide pin is equipped with a bushing and must be installed in the same position.
3. Remove the upper brake caliper guide pin (1).
4. Remove the lower brake caliper guide pin (2).
5. Remove the brake caliper guide pin collars (3).
Installation Procedure
1. Apply a light coat of high temperature silicone brake lubricant to the brake caliper housing guide pin bores and guide pin surfaces:

Apply lubricant to the brake caliper guide pin shafts.

Apply lubricant to the brake caliper guide pin seats.
2. Prepare the brake caliper guide pin threads and the brake caliper bracket threaded holes for assembly:
